Are you our new Account Strategist?

The account strategist at Pervorm is the client’s strategic advisor on digital marketing and the leader of the Pervorm team that works on the client. The account strategist has in-depth knowledge of the client’s business which mean he understands amongst others trends, opportunities, threats and competitive movements. He perceives the client’s organization like a checkerboard full off opportunities and foresees which step to take next.

The account strategist is highly knowledgeable about digital advertising. He is capable to outline and coordinate integrated strategies for programmatic, social and search advertising. These strategies are based on his knowledge of  general customer journey management and the client’s situation. The account strategist also translates the customer journey in a solid briefing for content/creative development to ensure an optimal brand experience. He communicates his ideas and views 1 on 1 with clients and uses speaker opportunities and other broad communication means to further expand the Pervorm business.

The account strategist is the inspirator for his team of consultants. Leading the development of the client and informing the team on what to deliver when while checking on the quality delivered. The account strategist informs Pervorm’s management of his team needs and manages the team as it were a business on its own.


Client management to maintain and grow the Pervorm business

  • Strategic marketing advisor to the client (e.g. proposition, organization, digital usage)
  • Initiatives client learning programmes and other client knowledge development initiatives

Team leader to ensure we have the best people

  • Determines the strategy, client development plan and priorities for the team
  • Develops the team in terms of knowledge, professionalism and business savviness
  • Responsible for the quality of output from the team

Pervorm market representative to grow Pervorm’s market position

  • Seeks and fulfils relevant speaker opportunities in cooperation with marketing
  • Frequently writes blog posts and articles
  • Initiates/Develops new propositions for Pervorm


To be successful as an account strategist knowledge and being a thought leader are essential. Both for internal and external purposes. A thought leader to us is someone who is able to place oneself in his audience and tailor his unique knowledge to the goal at hand.

Minimum requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in digital marketing and have worked on a strategic level
  • Preferably international experience of experienced working with international clients
  • You have deep knowledge of the interactive digital space
  • You have proven experience in leading and growing teams
  • You are an excellent sparring partner for our clients and specialists
  • You excel as speaker and communicator, able to convince people of your plans and ideas
  • You enable sustainable growth for our client and will be seen as one of their own.
  • You are both fluent in Dutch and English
