Pervorm defines online display as any moving or static advertising image that is linked to the Internet, regardless of the type of screen that is used (laptop, tablet, mobile phone, outdoor or television).

In recent years, online display has proven to be an effective communication instrument. Technological advances in the purchasing and sales processes allow for a far more cost-effective use of this channel than was previously the case. It is with good reason that Google recently predicted that by 2015, worldwide investment in online display will total some USD 50 billion. But at the same time, it has become increasingly difficult to actually reach the consumer. Only by relying on the services of expert specialists will advertisers be able to capitalise on the expected investments.

Pervorm allows advertisers to maximise their returns from online display advertising. Pieter Meijer

CEO

Pieter Meijer has 13 years of professional experience in online media, most of which were spent in a variety of positions at Microsoft. Among other things, Pieter bore responsibility for the Microsoft Advertising brand. In addition, he worked at Improve Digital for two years as VP Business Development, after which he turned his hand to freelance consultancy. Projects handled in this role include the structuring of the private exchange for the advertising site Ebay/Marktplaats and advising various media agencies on programmatic buying.

Giuseppe Salvaggio

Co-Founder and COO

Giuseppe bears responsibility for operations within Pervorm. Giuseppe worked for Microsoft for nearly five years, where his projects included the introduction of the Wallpaper on MSN.nl and the roll-out of international products like MSN Video and Facebook. He also guided the launch of the Microsoft Media Network in his capacity as Performance Sales Specialist. His client portfolio at the time included major brands like Heineken, Monsterboard and Otto.

Jos Hörchner

Co-Founder and CCO

Jos bears responsibility for business development. He has a strong background in online media. For example, Jos gained agency experience at Medialand.nl as a Trafficker/Campaign Manager/Designer, served as Manager of the technical team at WebAds and has five years of experience serving Top 100 advertisers in a variety of commercial roles at Microsoft and Clickdistrict. As early as 2001, Jos was presented a silver SpinAward for demonstrating the effectiveness of online display advertising.

Guy Leysner

Head of Design

Guy heads the firm’s creative department. His main ambition is to raise the creation of display communications to a higher level. Guy stands for the development of creative products on the basis of both emotions and hard data. In his role as Graphic Designer, Guy has realised a variety of projects for Top 100 advertisers over the past six years.

Maaike de Vries

HR Lead

Maaike bears responsibility for the structuring and implementation of Pervorm’s HR policy. The effective support, training and specialisation of the Pervorm team are crucial to the success of our firm. In addition to Pervorm’s HR policy, Maaike also handles all legal matters that crop up within the company. Over the past decade, Maaike has gained extensive experience as a legal specialist in both the public and commercial services sectors (working as a lawyer, among other things). Her specialisations are labour law, IT law and contract law.

Seppe Frooninckx

Business Development Belgium

Seppe Frooninckx is responsible for Pervorm Belgium, the first international division that launched in October 2012. He has been building up online display expertise during an eight year career at Microsoft Advertising. During this time he has experienced a broad range of different roles: from internal campaign management to external sales; being an active member of the workgroup, improving the Microsoft ad-platform and the creation & implementation of sales processes. Seppe has been awarded the Microsoft Gold Star award, an official recognition for his constant drive for client & partner satisfaction.
